Jim Corbett and Nainital Itinerary
Spend five nights exploring Uttarakhand's famous wildlife and lake destinations. Begin with the forests of Jim Corbett before travelling into the hills of Nainital, combining wildlife experiences, boating, temples, viewpoints and relaxed sightseeing.
Depart Mumbai by flight or train and arrive in Delhi. Meet your transfer and travel towards Jim Corbett National Park. Check into your resort and relax amidst the forest surroundings.
Start the day with an early-morning jungle safari, subject to permit and zone availability. Explore the national park's forests and grasslands while looking for wildlife and bird species. Return to the resort for breakfast and spend the afternoon at leisure.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Nainital. Enjoy the scenic mountain journey and check into your hotel. Spend the evening exploring Mall Road and the surroundings of Naini Lake.
After breakfast, explore Nainital's major attractions. Visit Naina Devi Temple, enjoy boating on Naini Lake and explore Mall Road and the local market. Later, visit selected viewpoints depending on weather and local conditions.
After breakfast, take an excursion to Bhimtal and explore the surrounding lake region. Depending on time and weather, additional nearby attractions such as Sattal can be included. Return to Nainital for an evening at leisure.
After breakfast, begin the journey towards Guptkashi. Enjoy the changing Himalayan landscapes along the route. Arrive in Guptkashi, check into your accommodation and prepare for the Kedarnath pilgrimage.
After an early breakfast, proceed towards the Kedarnath pilgrimage route. Depending on the selected travel arrangement, continue by permitted surface transport and/or other available options towards Kedarnath. Complete the pilgrimage and visit Kedarnath Temple. Overnight arrangements will be made according to the selected package and availability.
After completing the Kedarnath pilgrimage, begin the return journey towards Guptkashi. Rest and recover after the physically demanding section of the yatra. Evening at leisure.
After breakfast, travel towards Badrinath through the Himalayan valleys. Check into your accommodation on arrival. In the evening, visit the Badrinath Temple for darshan, subject to temple timings and local conditions
After breakfast, explore Badrinath and nearby attractions. Visit Mana Village, the last inhabited village near the India-Tibet border, subject to local access conditions. Spend the evening at leisure and prepare for the return journey.
After breakfast, check out and begin the journey towards Dehradun. Transfer to the airport or railway station for your return journey to Mumbai.
